Jyoti’s mission is to bridge the gap between skilled migrants and Norwegian companies. support them and get them in the job market. With Umbrella she helps companies attract and retain multicultural diversity at all levels of the organizations.
Jyoti is an entrepreneur, recruiter, diversity coach, and educator. Over the last 6 years, she has worked closely with organizations in Norway on developing programs and strategies within the JEDI space. Deliver leadership programs with a focus on inclusive practices, onboarding standards, diversity & innovation, and employer branding.
In 2019, she founded my company Skillhus, the first company of its kind specializing in workplace diversity and international recruitment in the Norwegian market. To date, she has helped over 35 companies find the talent they need to innovate and evolve in a globalizing market.
As a leader in her field, she engages in speaking events and leads key conversations on important diversity topics, in addition to facilitating workshops for market-leading Norwegian companies. Her multicultural background and experiences of working abroad across multiple industries and cultures have led her to pursue her passion for championing DEIB on a global scale.
