Return Conditions

Queens of Tech and our suppliers do not offer exchanges as every product is custom printed. We can offer refunds or returns for your orders if there are product mistakes. Our suppliers do not accept returned orders and do not take refunds on items unless they are defective, ruined, or have printing errors in some way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must: Be unused and in the same condition Be in the original packaging,

Please note that the following items cannot be returned: 

Non-refundable products
– Stickers
– Underwear and swimwear 
– Non-obvious color difference
– Wrong shipping address
– The size doesn’t fit
– Change of mind

Return Process & Refunds

Please refer to each of the dropshipping companies’ websites for detailed instructions on returns. We are available to assist you in locating the appropriate return address. These companies typically accept returns, exchanges, and refund requests under the following conditions:

– Packages lost in transit  the claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
– Misprinted/damaged/defective items
– items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
– Wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order.
