• Not misuse or reverse-engineer platform features

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free tier offers limited access.

• Paid tiers (Growth Queen, Power Queen, etc.) unlock full features.

• Payment is via Stripe; cancellation ends auto-renewal.

• No refunds after a period (e.g., 30 days) unless specified.

5. Intellectual Property

Content, logos, icons, and AI tools are owned by Queens of Tech. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

6. Third-Party Links

We may link to external services (like Airtable, Stripe). We’re not responsible for their terms, privacy, or content.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

We provide tools “as is” and do not guarantee outcomes (investments, funding). We’re not financial advisors. Use at your own risk.

8. Liability Caps

To the maximum allowed, we’re not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or service interruption costs. Our liability max is the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
