Queens of Tech is a movement, a platform, and a promise — built by and for women, non-binary, and underrepresented founders who are ready to raise capital, get visible, and reshape the tech industry from the top down.
We believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not — and we’re here to close that gap with tools that educate, empower, and elevate. Our mission is to remove the invisible barriers that block bold founders from accessing capital, confidence, and community.

Why We Exist
The numbers don’t lie — less than 2% of VC funding goes to women. Less than 1% to women of color. And yet, female-founded companies consistently outperform. The system is broken — and no one’s coming to fix it for us.
So we built Queens of Tech to flip the script.
This platform is born out of the Voices of a Hundred research project — a global narrative study of 100 women in tech.
We’ve turned qualitative data into actionable tools — and built a product rooted in behavioral science, user needs, and real-world startup dynamics.

Who’s Behind This?
Hi, I’m Jasmine Moradi — a Behavioral Scientist, UX Researcher, Author, and the creator of Queens of Tech.
After interviewing 100+ women in tech across 27 countries, I realized one thing:
We’re not underqualified. We’re underfunded, underestimated, and systemically excluded.
This platform is built from those voices — shaped by data, research, and the lived experience of every founder who’s been told to “wait her turn.” Queens of Tech is my answer. A tool to finally help us take our place at the top.
It began with a mic and one question:
“What’s it like to be a woman in tech today?”
From there, we launched the Queens of Tech Podcast — now listened to in 80+ countries — featuring founders, VCs, engineers, and changemakers.
Today, we’re turning their voices into action.
